I’m a student-success focused educator who helps students follow through by breaking big goals into actionable, manageable steps, holding students accountable through clear expectations, regular checkins, and follow through, and building practical systems that drive consistent progress.
With 7+ years of teaching experience and a background in mathematics, I bring strong facilitation, empathetic coaching, and a data-informed approach to improving the student experience.

- Student support: 1:1 help, written feedback, and thoughtful follow-up
